As Virginia’s Chesapeake Bay Striped Bass season comes to a close, we are getting our nicest fish of the year.

For those strictly hunting trophy rockfish, eeling on the Bay side of the Eastern Shore is a good bet. However, in addition to plentiful schoolie to average sized fish, our backyard waters in the York River and just outside are providing our guests catches like the one pictured here.
