Bunker Have Arrived – Big Time!
Loads of big bunker schools have shown up in the western sound. The first two hours of fishing last night yielded 6 keepers with the largest at just over 26lbs. Several fish were dropped including one much larger striper that was well over 30lbs. There was a steady pick of fish for the next 3 hours. There are alot of small bluefish around and they are making it very easy to find the bunker schools. The trick is to find the right bunker school that actually has the bass.
The next few days should really be quite good and the fishing should be red-hot for the weekend.
