Contributors

You must be a licensed Captain, Guide, Tackle Shop, Marina, Fishing Station, Outdoor Writer or other fishing professionals. Recreational anglers are not allowed to post reports. These reports are only posted by professionals to ensure accurate reports.  We reserve the right to determine whether your business is appropriate for this site.

All of your posts will be moderated by our staff before they are published to ensure they are reasonable (sane and accurate) and properly formatted.  We make no guarantees as to time it takes to approve reports.  We will make every effort to keep this time as short as possible.

By joining free fishing reports you agree that all of your posts be truthful, contain no false information of any kind, and you will abide by the posting guidelines and recommendations.

You can choose your own username when you register.  We advise that you keep the name relevant to your business name . You are responsible for ensuring that only the appropriate individuals have access to your account.  You are soley responsible for reports posted through your account.

We reserve the right to reject any user registration for any reason without any notification.  We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user registration at any time without prior notice or notification.  We reserve the right to remove any report that we deem inaccurate or inappropriate at any time with prior notice or notification.  We will however attempt to notify the user of any suspensions or removals.

All photos and content become the property of this website once the report is published.  However, the photos and reports can only be used on this site and the associated sites.  Credits for photos used on the associated sites will always be attributed to the original contributor.

Visitors and Contributors

You agree to take sole responsibility for your own actions when out on the water. Certain spots that captains might disclose could be dangerous areas to fish and neither the contributors nor Free Fishing Reports are liable for the actions you choose to take when operating your vessel in areas spoken about in reports.

Fishing is inherently dangerous.  There are many objects such as knives, hooks, and teeth that can do permanent injury to you or your passengers.  You agree to take sole responsibility for your own injuries or injuries caused to others when acting upon information found on this website.
