Lauren Santini

Lauren Santini (daughter of the infamous Pete Santini), and Kyle Ondrey joined Capt Andy and Capt Mike for a two hour trip to the open water.  They found several bunker schools that were being harassed by some huge early season stripers.  Yes, for Long Island Fishing Charters it is early season because we don’t like spending long hours working a mediocre bite.

Kyle and Lauren boated more than dozen big stripers, the smallest was in the upper teens and the largest was 33lbs.  There were a couple of small blues mixed in, but they helped keep the stripers active.

There are still a couple of slots left for the upcoming weekend.  the bite should be quite good.
